🐾 Pet Policy

$120 fee per pet per reservation (maximum 2 small, crate-trained pets under 45 lbs).
Must disclose pets at booking or immediately after.
Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, or in the hot tub.
Always supervise pets outdoors due to nearby wildlife.
Owners assume all liability for their pets; damages or excessive mess may result in loss of security deposit.

Separate guest suite with 2 queen beds, workspace, internet, TV, and blackout shades.

Independent AC and heating system for personalized comfort.

No parties or events.

Only registered guests allowed on the property.
